ZorvexOps ("we," "us," "our") operates zorvexops.com. This policy covers information collected through this website — it does not cover information handled under a separate client services agreement, which is governed by the terms of that agreement.

Who we are

ZorvexOps is a business operating out of Lahore, Pakistan, serving clients in the United Kingdom and United States. As of this writing, ZorvexOps is not yet incorporated as a registered legal entity — this section will be updated with formal registration details once that process is complete. What we collect

We only collect what you actively submit through this site. There are two forms on this website:

• The contact form (name, company, work email, phone, country, company size, service of interest, and your message)
• The careers vacancy-notify form (just an email address)

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or any tracking scripts on this site. We don't use cookies for tracking purposes. The only cookies this site could set are ones your browser handles automatically for basic page function — no visitor-profiling or cross-site tracking cookies are in use.

How we use it

Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if it goes further, to scope and staff a potential engagement. Vacancy sign-ups are used solely to notify you when a relevant role opens. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where it's processed

Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our website hosting provider, as part of their form-handling service. Email correspondence is handled through Titan Email (via GoDaddy). This page and its fonts are served in part from Google's font hosting service, which as a technical side effect receives the visitor's IP address when a page loads — this is a standard function of how web fonts are delivered, not a tracking mechanism we control.

How long we keep it

We retain inquiry and sign-up data for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain basic business records, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

Your rights

If you're located in the UK or EU, UK GDPR and GDPR give you the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict how we process it. Regardless of location, you can email connect@zorvexops.com at any time to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.

Children

This site is directed at businesses, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If how we handle data changes meaningfully, we'll update this page and adjust the date at the top.
